She’s been my doctor since 2011 what a wonderful lady very understanding explains things well does a great job It’s genuinely concerned about her patients stops and listens to everything you have to say she’s awesome

Been with her for almost 10 years. Their office has consistently ignored phone calls for medication refills... which caused me to have a grand mal seizure. Now, as I stand here, in writhing neck pain... I just got off the phone with them. She never sent my physical therapy script. Now I need to wait another week for help. Will be three weeks now, and I can't lift up my head. Thanks for nothing, Ms. Kondo and Dr. Palmieri.

As an RN myself, I can say that Kathleen Kondo is THE BEST nurse practitioner I have ever had. All 3 of my grown children go to her as well. She is compassionate, empathetic and very competent at what she does. She has been at Ellis Primary Care in Ballston Spa for a few years now if anyone is trying to find her!

Kathy is both professional and friendly I have seen her twice at the Ellis location. She is very knowledgeable, but never hesitates to followup with a specialist if needed. I have many health issues and Kathy helps me keep my recommended procedures organized and up to date. She has called to review my records several times. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a healthcare professional.

Not only does this woman have zero knowledge about the medical field but she's a terrible person, I was treated very unfairly based on a couple tattoos I had. I suspect this lady would abuse her clients based on the 2 times I went there, the vibe was extremely uncomfortable and seedy almost like somehow these people are involved in some other black market scheme, it was weeeird.. I highly suggest NEVER taking your kids there and NEVER trusting this place 100%.. I'm also an army veteran.
