I previously deleted my positive review of Kathleen Kraft because I didn’t want to say anything bad without more information, and I didn’t have much good to say after a certain event. TL;DR Avoid Kathleen Kraft if you’re going to get care from this establishment I previously wrote a positive review of Kathleen Kraft because she was able to diagnose me with diabetes and address a chronic skin condition I was having at the time (June 2023). I subsequently deleted it because she missed a major medical issue, and she was extremely dismissive and short regarding my concerns of the symptoms. In essence (in hindsight), many of my vital signs and test results warned of, not only the diabetes she ultimately discovered, but also a major heart issue with impending doom. The same day Ms. Kraft’s assistant logged my blood pressure (somewhere upwards of 180/120, apparently), and Ms. Kraft dismissed my concerns/requests to revisit these results, I had a heart attack. I was actually having a heart attack while I was being examined by Ms. Kraft’s tech, and the tech said I should be re-tested. But Ms. Kraft never did. She dismissed all my concerns and shuffled me off to the door. Later that day (night, really), I suffered a massive heart attack. I had an anterior STEMI with 95% blockage. I’m only 37, so I suppose Ms. Kraft didn’t expect heart issues. HOWEVER, upon review, my vitals should have warranted a flag, and I may not have had such damage to my heart if Ms. Kraft would have paid a little more mind. In essence, I believe Ms. Kraft should not be practicing medicine. I will likely not be pursuing legal representation, but I do believe Ms. Kraft should not be practicing medicine with the same dismissive mentality she had in June of this year.

Look elsewhere for healthcare
After denying to fill prescription for diverticulitis flare up I had to call to learn she would not fill it until I came in to see her. This was 6 days after initial request for refill & my condition was worsening. At office she made me wait and said she lost me. She wouldn’t believe my symptoms, where pain was located, previous diagnosis from GI, GP, cat scan, and 5 years of living with this condition. She was extremely condescending & kept walking in & out of room & sending PA in to relay with me instead of having the professionalism to talk directly to me. When she had an assistant ask me to provide a urine sample to look for blood I realized she had no concept that diverticulitis is in the lower colon, not the kidney, bladder, or urinary tract. I refused to be treated like a drug addict trying to get drugs. This is an antibiotic I have been prescribed for 5 years and works within 2 days. She couldn’t even tell me she filled it after I left. A disgrace to the profession

This lady was very rude to my husband when we went to his appointment. She treated him like he was an uneducated individual who didn't know his own bodily functions. My husband isn't one to go to the doctors unless something is seriously not right. This lady be little him and was out of line in my opinion. I would not recommend being seen by this lady because she does not listen to what you are saying.
