She is rude and condescending. Has ZERO 'bed side manner' should have her licenses revoked!

I was shocked at the response I got from this provider when I asked a question about medication. I do not believe I was rude at all and she said “that’s just how it comes, if you don’t like it go somewhere else.” Absolutely appalled. A patient should be free to question a medication before putting it in their body without the provider being so incredibly rude back. No wonder she has so many other terrible reviews. Waiting for a superviser from push health to contact me back.

Kathleen is always available to answer any questions i may have. her turnaround time for responses and refills are superb; not to mention her customer service etiquette is always immaculate.

Work with Dr. Kathleen thru Push. She's very responsive and got me access to compounded rx when brand-name stuff was unavailable. Fees are what they are for access to care, its just the way of the world.

Originally it was stated a $68 fee. My request was instantly denied. I went on the chat and it increased to $99. My insurance covers wegovy, but now she’s asking for tons of other info and a $175 fee to clear it with my insurance. She pushes compound which you canNOT use your hsa card.The whole thing was rather sketchy, but I - regretfully - thought it was safe because she’s an animal lover.. I’m filing a dispute with my hsa next week.

I work in the medical field and was connected with Kathleen through Push Health. she is absolutely the worst provider I have ever done business with. She is rude and condescending. I eventually was able to get a referral from a friend to Dr Michelle Atwood through Push Heath and if you want a kind and knowledgeable provider who CARES i recommend staying far away from Kathleen and choose Dr Atwood if you are able.

As an RN, I often work with providers in a professional setting while trying to coordinate care for our patients. I can say that Kathleen is one of the kindest, patient, and timely providers I have ever worked with. My experience working with her for my care via a telehealth app has far exceeded my expectations, and I feel very fortunate to have stumbled upon her. She is a breath of fresh air, and her bedside manner is much appreciated!

Telehealth for weight loss. She is attentive and responsive. I have had an amazing experience with her.

Love this doctor... is kind and attentive! She took the time to figure out a messy insurance issue, and did not stop until my medication was covered. I am grateful for her patience and determination.

Over priced and ignorant

I asked a question and her response was extremely rude and condescending. She shouldn’t be taking care of people.

Kathleen and I have been working together for 4 months and she has been nothing but supportive and kind. As being in the health care field myself it is important to respect your provider and build a trust. I find these other reviews unjust as Kathleen has built a plan individual to my needs and we, together are following the steps. I really couldn’t reach my goals without her and her encouragement. Kathleen responds quickly to messages and sends prescriptions in a timely manner. She’s the best !

I'm so baffled by the prior reviews.. I have been working with Kathleen for a long time now and she has been always the kindest, most knowledgable medicial professional. She asks excellent questions and makes sure that she is fully informed. I wish I could see her in person-- she is honestly one of the best medicial professionals that I've ever seen. She is an asset to Push Health and I'm so fortunate to have been paired with her!!

Couldn't ask for a better experience. Kathleen was beyond patient, answered all of my questions (unbelievably quickly!!) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was hesitant using telehealth/online doctor but she was fabulous. I liked that she reviewed the medication with me, counseled me on other options and actually treated me. Her honesty and the thoroughness of her care really put my mind at ease. Again, couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend!!

She prescribed me weight loss meds without even knowing my health history. She was rude when I wanted to cancel the program because insurance would not cover it. She told me to do my research, well so should she.

Yes I am from Push health! Just got matched with her and was Rude and provided short yas or no responses after I rejected her options for working with “compounded” medication, She was overcharging for medications/visits which I’ve never had to pay with push!. Hoping people research her before working with her so no one else has to go through with what we had to. Told her I will remove her as my doctor and she thankfully removed herself.

I was unfortunate enough to have been paired with Ms. Menold on Push. Ms. Menold was unhelpful from the start. When I asked 2 questions not clearly answered in her psychotically long (20 paragraphs!) intro message, Ms. Menold answered 20 minutes later, “You really need to read the detailed information I sent you.” Ms. Menold then said she cancelled my prescription request because I did not respond right away. In my defense, I did not get an email notification that she replied from Push until 30 minutes later. It is unfair for Ms. Menold to have taken 20 minutes herself to dismiss me with a “figure it out yourself” answer yet cancelled my prescription when I did not immediately reply. From my experience and others’ reviews of similar experiences with Ms. Menold, I do not understand how someone so dismissive would want to work in healthcare. Though my exchange with Ms. Menold was comprised of only a few short sentences, it was the most unpleasant exchange with a medical “professional.”
