Each time I have met with PA Kay O'Neill I have been impressed with her comprehensive knowledge, her astute questions, and the way she makes sure I have as much information as possible about the medical procedure and the healing process. Having had a similar meeting with a different PA a year ago (the surgery was cancelled due to COVID-19) I can say that she was light years better than the first person I saw. She made the surgery and my recovery process much easier.
