Katie was extremely unprofessional and rude throughout every interaction I’ve had with her. She made several inappropriate comments throughout my first visit with her and later lied about certain care instructions she gave me. She was also continually confused about my symptoms even though no one else on my care team was. At one point, she asked me how it was possible that I was throwing up if I was unable to keep food or water down, implying that I was lying about my symptoms. After my complaints about her care were looked into, she refused to refill a prescription for me simply because she was mad that I gave her a bad review. I would not ever trust her with caring for me or any of my loved ones. She is petty and vindictive and doesn’t care about her patients.

I used the urgent care this morning because it seems I can never see my pcp when I call same day. Thank goodness for NP's like Katie. She was very pleasant & thorough.
