Dr. Strafuss has treated my hearing deficit for two years. She has guided me through the trials of more than one hearing aid, giving me her expert advice and treatment. She and her colleagues are so kind, caring, friendly, and professional. It is always a pleasure seeing each of them. I highly recommend this practice to anyone needing assistance with hearing loss, hearing aids, or any other treatment relating to audiology.

I am a first time hearing aid user. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Dr Strafuss for her expertise in helping me with my hearing loss. I've only had my CIC hearing aids for a few days and I am in love with them. I was able to wear them comfortably all day by the second day! The clarity of hearing is something I've been missing for far too long. I have already, and will continue to recommend Dr Strafuss to anyone who thinks they may have hearing loss.

Fitted me for a set of custom in-ear monitors. Best experience I have had doing ear molds and most friendly and patient staff. Super convenient and quick turn around. Would not recommend anyone but Dr. Strafuss.

Dr. Strafuss is knowledgeable, kind and caring. She tested my mother, who was a fairly resistant patient. Dr. Strafuss' compassion and calm demeanor were invaluable. She spent quality time and listened to my mom's opinions. She spent a good deal of time explaining my mother's hearing condition. You won't find a better professional/office for your hearing needs.

Dr. Strafuss is very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. She let me test drive hearing aides until I was comfortable with making an educated decision as to which ones where right for me. She has continued to be available and helpful. I have recommended her to several of my friends. Working with her has been a wonderful experience.
