Dr. Sullivan, while always kind, was extraordinarily unprofessional when it came to her conduct with our appointments. Over the course of a few months during which I had weekly scheduled sessions with her, she cancelled over 90% of our appointments the same day, oftentimes without giving me even an hour's notice and once when I was already at her office, only to arrive to a locked door. My experiences with her turned me off to therapy completely and I've opted not to pursue it any further.
