I had medical issue and because my gynecologist is only in the office once a week, Kathleen Waibel step in for her. She had to perform a minor procedure on me that day and it was such a bad experience I sought counseling: - She gave a face before starting the procedure when i got my headphones/phone to listen to something - She didn't give time for the local anesthesia to kick in causing me to experience great pain throughout the procedure - In the middle of the procedure she left to get another staff member but when she did so she left the door half-way open so anyone could have walked by and seen everything - She mocked me again for calling both her and this new person "ladies". Even the other person said "as long as they're nice I don't care what they call me" At the follow-up appointment with her I brought my bf as witness. She said she would lightly touch that area, but she ended up pressing so hard on it that I had to yell her to stop. She has no bedside manner or compassion.
