Loved and appreciated Katie Conkling's communication style. She was a patient, compassionate listener, made me feel respected in a shared decision-making process, and took the time to share some patient education in the secure portal afterward. She also seemed gentle and trauma informed in her approach to the physical exam.

Katie and I discussed that pessary removal for the excellent pessary she installed at my last visit might be difficult because of its larger size (I'm sure this helped with its efficacy). The removal was uncomfortable but Katie was as gentle as possible in the tug-of-war that was required. Excellent work.

Katie was very thorough and answered my questions. I was especially impressed when she followed up with a phone call after my appointment because she had conferred with a colleague, and had an additional step for me to consider.

She listen to all my concerns. She took her time explaining stuff to me when I didn't understand, she explained again without any frustration. Explain all the outcomes, good and bad. Really enjoyed her as my provider
