Best therapy experience I've had
I've been in and out of therapy for decades, both before and after going to Katie. I went to Katie for a while a few years back but had to stop going due to insurance changes. Most of my experiences with counseling and therapy have been pretty negative, but my experience with Katie was great. The talk part of it was great, but the EMDR was really such a turning point for me. Unfortunately, I have become fairly cynical about the skills and motivations of a lot of mental health professionals over time, but I would highly recommend Katie.
