Keeping in mind my frequent visits to the hospital in my older age, Kathryn had to be one of the most polite and delicate professionals Ive had the pleasure to be cared by. Consistency and patience is hard to come by in the helping profession. She provided both of these. Always pleasant to see a friendly face, especially when family lives so far away. The experience doesn't seem as lonely. Thank you!

Kathryn has very poor bedside manner and will make you feel like she isn't listening to anything you say and she keeps changing subjects and focusing on details that are not relevant to your visit. No warmth to her conversations. It is like having Siri sitting next to you giving medical advice, except Siri is kinder and less snobbish.
