I went to Dr. Latch for a routine contact exam. I went to office for three “fitting” appointments because the office did not order the correct lenses. The provider was in and out of the room and did not provide quality care. There was an absurd wait time. When I requested my records so I could go to a new provider, I go I’ll have to pay out of pocket for a new exam, I was told she would have to first review the file and then sign off on the release.

She was very professional, friendly, and caring, and addressed all My concerns and questions. Her evaluation was quick and accurate. I love my prescription glasses! I recommend her to anyone who needs an optometrist. She is wonderful!

For the second time today, I was left just waiting for this person. The first time I waited for nearly an hour in the waiting room. Today, I was left waiting for over a half hour in an exam room. I had other important business so I had to leave. Later, she calls me to purportedly apologize but I learned that she was not even at the office while I waited. Apparently my time is not important to her. While she may have decent skills, the management of the office is absurdly poor.
