During our appointments she gives me space to feel, to speak my truths, to say the hard things and during those times she listens to me and I feel understood. She was easy to talk to from day one which is unusual for me and what was even more surprising was that I had trust that she does what she does because she wants the best for her clients. She has helped me better understand my thoughts and feelings and has given me tools to help manage them and my response to them. This is such a small paragraph but it’s been a HUGE relief and a game changer for me. Most importantly she showed me that I may be struggling but I’m not weak or doomed. Life is hard but with an ally like Kathy to listen, guide and just give me a safe space to be me I have overcome so much. #teamShe is timely, responsive and professional. She communicates well and is truly a professional. I am truly grateful for our paths meeting and for all that we have done together.
