She's a great doctor, very kind, and compassionate.. I can't find her now after my amazing Dr. Brent Smith passed away the day after my appointment. Dr. Smith was the heart and soul of Sterling Medical Center and Dr. Messmore was great as well! But now I'm in severe pain and been in bed for 2 months, can't find another doctor like Dr. Brent Smith and Dr. Katie Messmore!

Very professional. I did not understand what a FNP was, and she explained it to me. She explained my condition thoroughly and took the time to answer all my questions. I am very nervous around medical stuff, and she really put me at ease. Highly recommend.

Always great, very professional. My daughter was nervous about her shot, and Kathryn made a joke as the shot went in and my daughter didn't even feel it. We all laughed, great bedside manner.

I am very happy with the care I receive from both doctors and the entire staff at Sterling Medical, with the exception of Nurse Messmore. I've been seen by her twice. The first time she misdiagnosed a bug bite as a skin infection without even examining it. She prescribed an antibiotic, which made me ill. I saw her again for a sinus infection, caused by dental work. Because my lungs are clear, she was reluctant to give me RX. I had to beg, assuring her that both doctors treated me in the past.
