Dr. Kathryn White, PHD

I visited Dr. White several years ago.. my work with her was immensely helpful, and I have retained a lot of the tools that she helped me gain to this day. I had initially visited to proactively have help while making a difficult decision, and continued with her as the decision was made and my expectations unraveled into chaos. I was not a great patient, and often escaped inside myself instead of seeking help, and Dr. White frequently reached out, reminding me that I had a tendency to make impulsive decisions when I didn’t talk them out. I regret stopping my sessions with her, but was disappointed in myself and inability to be better at taking advice. Several years later however, I am happy to say that in many ways a lot of what I learned from her became an internal conscience in a sense, and has helped me be successful in life. I would not hesitate to refer a friend or family member.
