As a parent, I would definitely recommend Dr. Chen to any patient that would like to have a mindfulness approach to therapy. Dr. Chen was very patient with my daughter during her individual sessions as well as during our family sessions. She was non-judgmental and was able to effectively extract the information that was needed to help the mental and emotional healing occur. With her mindfulness techniques, she taught my daughter and myself how to understand and deal with our emotions.
