I am genuinely feeling quite dissatisfied with my experience during my three tele-cert visits. Despite my hopes for a thorough evaluation, she has not been able to accurately assess my condition or provide a clear diagnosis. This lack of progress is particularly frustrating, as I can't help but feel that I have wasted my time during these appointments without any advancement in understanding my health issues. Moreover, the logistics of securing an appointment have been a challenge in and of itself. Each time I attempt to schedule a visit, it feels like an uphill battle, which adds to my frustration. Communication with her has also proven to be difficult; I often feel like my concerns are not being adequately addressed, leaving me uncertain about my next steps and overall care. I appreciate that her assistant was accommodating and tried to assist me when possible. am left feeling disappointed and discouraged by this experience.
