literally the worst experience i have had with medical staff. not willing to listen, no empathy, started touching me without asking, started arguing with me when i told her the cause of my condition, barely looked at me when she spoke and talked to her nurse instead, prescribed things without explaining what they are to me or even telling me, didn’t ask my skin type. had to wait 40 minutes for her to even show up. the appointment lasted less than 5 minutes. would give 0 stars if i could.

Katie was extremely thorough and professional. I have been to the office several times and seen the other PAs/NPs but none of them compare to her. She was the best! Took her time and explained things well. Gladly would go back as long as I don't have to see Dr. Ganzer.
