Working with Katie Braun has addressed multiple health concerns and has the knowledge to understand my psychiatric conditions and how they intertwine. I always feel heard and I’ve received excellent treatment.

I saw this person for three years. She does have a great personality and is basically good people. At was a great listener. Until she stopped listening. Something changed. And as a nurse, I appreciate how important it is to have good critical thinking. She missed the boat on having me take medication that required a large meal (becomes 50% less effective) right before going to bed and then she couldn't figure out why I gained a lot of weight (critiquing my diet) and couldn't sleep. I repeatedly tried to raise my concerns and they fell on deaf ears. I wound up needing to seek out-of-network care while on vacation as a result. And when I wound up with COVID, I decided to see someone else. She lacks experience, and in my mind, critical thinking ability. I can own what is mine and admit I allowed it to continue too long before finding a different provider.
