awful experience with Katie Evanchich
She was rude and dismissive of my questions. She had me jumping around the room doing rehab exercises even though I told her I have been in rehab for years. She only spent approximately 3 minutes or less showing me my x-rays and gave me no education. I had gone to her to get an understanding of what was going on in my spine and she either didn't know the answers or did not care to respect my concerns. She seemed to be too well rehearsed with her delivery and agenda, so much so that I felt she did not see me as an individual. I have never, and I repeat, never been so ill-treated by a health professional like Katie treated me.

Cause More Pain Than I Started With, Did Nothing
I went in to see her for chronic pain, neck, shoulder, and back like I've been told to do. She was very dismissive about my pain and my questions. Told me a lot of it was in my head and kept insisting I see psych. When doing a shoulder examination something popped and I screamed cause it really hurt. She said "That's not normal" then insisted I go get like 6 scans "when I'm ready". I asked her what I'm supposed to do about the agony she just caused until then. Told me to take some OTC painkillers. I told her if that worked I wouldn't be there in the first place. She kept telling me to do physical therapy. I told her I'm not opposed to that but what do I do to manage the extreme pain while I'm getting the therapy? She's just like "Meh" doesn't care, tells me to "deal with it". Do not recommend.

So rude..
Went to see her for spinal problems at cleveland clinic. Terrible listener, comes across as extremely condescending. Seems nice at first but knows nothing; garbage bedside manner... She would not stop talking over me, and harangued me at length about cannabis cessation at our first and second visit. There's a huge difference between 'patient education' and having a weird agenda which you project onto people in search of answers. I am prescribed it for chronic pain & ptsd, and am not interested in pharmaceutical assistance for these. She took no time or care. Everyone close to me was filled with indignation at hearing my experience. I was very hopeful for answers but she was aggressively unhelpful for me. -389,000 out of 10, wouldn't recommend to my enemies.
