Katie Frantz, PA-C

I loved seeing Katie! My previous PCP was nice, however the office itself was unorganized and did not prioritize communicating with the patient. I saw Katie and had labs ordered, I had my labs done and later that same day I had a response through the app informing me of my levels and that there were no concerns. I didn't have to wait or jump through hoops to get ahold of someone. Katie was very empathetic and listened to my concerns and communicated directly the steps to address them. I am very pleased with having Katie as my new PCP and look forward to having her as a part of my care team. I rated her a 4 out of 5 because I have only seen her once, however I am very pleased thus far.

I get very uncomfortable going to the doctors and this experience was one of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had. The front staff was kind, although due to no fault of their own, their system makes things difficult for check in. Once I was checked in, I sat down and Katie’s nurse called me back right away. No wait time. Her nurse, Kamryn, was empathetic, listened and brought humor to the situation. She was amazing. Katie addressed my needs and listened to my input. She’s very knowledgeable and kind. Will be back, hopefully just for my follow up and not for being sick!

I was very concerned about an issue which I went to see Katie for. She sat down and listened to what was going in with me and explained what the possibilities could be. Katie ordered the appropriate testing and called me as soon as they came back and explained what was going on with me now I'm back to feeling healthy and great. I feel comfortable knowing if I have any concerns she will do everything possible to resolve what is going on without having to spend hours in an emergency room. Best ever! Thank you Katie!

Wonderful provider. She is compassionate and you can feel it. She also is great at giving B12 injections! I didn't feel a thing!

Katie is extremely attentive, kind, gentle and empathetic. She respects you as a patient and listens to your concerns. She understands that you know your body better than she does and takes this into consideration while evaluating and treating you. She is LGBTQ+ certified and respects people with different views and outlooks on life. I will continue my care with her. I can not thank her enough for the wonderful care she provided me.
