Excellent Service
We had a telehealth meeting with Katie Halter. My sister and I found her professional care encouraging. She listens to our concerns and explains ways to help us out. She explains the medications and how to use them. We never feel rushed, and Katie makes sure we have our needs met.

Completely Unprofessional
I've been trying to make an appointment with Katie for over a week now. I was told (twice) that someone would get back to me, buy that still hasn't happened. Completely unprofessional.

I have been going to Katie for over a year now and have had an excellent experience with her. She is very professional and very knowledgeable in what she does. She always has answers to my questions and gives prompt, helpful replies when I message her. Would recommend her!

Did not take notes from one visit to the next. Did not know my medications and how I was taking them. Telehealth visits are a joke. Very cold and unfriendly P.A. in person. Trouble getting refills. Was told on two different occasions that I needed an appt. for a refill when I had just had an appt. I would never recommend this health professional to anyone.
