Katie has been a big help to me for a few years now. Dealing with several losses in the family, work stress, and marriage stresses. She is always attentive, listens and provides great insight to how the mind works, how we can get Dis-regulated, and how we can adapt to those situations. I have been very impressed with her knowledge and insight. I highly recommend her especially for family issues.
