Kaitlyn is really, really nice, and she's an amazing physical therapist! I started at a five or a six on the pain scale every day, and now I'm down to basically zero. She always takes her time, answers all my questions, and is just nice to talk to. She provided me with plenty of adaptations to make tasks I was struggling with easier. She was being shadowed by students while she was treating me, which was really cool to watch.
