Dr. Katrina Wong, DPT

I was transferred Dr. Katrina Wong because my first Dr. left the practice. I was asked to come back for results and then additional labs were ordered and she told me instead of coming back that she would call and that I could contact her for some extra imaging that I may need and she could write a referral. No call was ever received by her for the labs ordered and I left 5 separate messages for a return call. When I finally received a return call it was not from the Dr. but an assistant who told me they don't call people and I would need to come in and pay a copay for the results. AGAIN. Also, the imaging I needed they won't give me a referral because 'I'm not experiencing numbness' although I am experiencing other uncomfortable symptoms so clearly there is something not right. I asked for a referral and they said no that I could pay for it on my own. I'm am blown away by the level of care and service. I beg you to avoid intermountain health care and Katrina Wong.
