Kayla Facundus, FNP

Used Kayla as my PCP when my prior NP retired from my doctors office. Kayla was dismissive of my chronic issues, did not listen well, and curtly cut me of when I wanted to discuss a different issue during my appointment. She seemed much more concerned with policy than patient-centered care. She required follow-up appointments, but provided no actual concern or care during said 3-minute appointment and just refilled my prescription. It all felt so impersonal and like a money-grab to bill insurance for my visit. And entirely separate from the poor care, be prepared for her scary lip-filler.

Kayla seems like she has a ton of patients, therefore not much time to spend with individuals. She doesn't listen well, has put the wrong information in my chart. She has been dismissive of some of my concerns, her bedside manner is not very caring.
