1 minute appointment
After waiting for months to get in to see a derm, I was very unpleasantly surprised that my appointment lasted 1 min. All my concerns were dismissed. When I asked if my skin issue could be autoimmune, she said no definitely not even though I do not think she could have possibly had enough info to rule that out. To be noted…my skin was actually fine at the appt, it just flares up at certain times but it wasn’t in a flare at that particular time (I did show pictures). She was just interested in moving onto the next appt and not spending any time reviewing my concerns or explaining why or why not it wouldn’t be xyz. I will not be back and would never recommend this place of business.

First time visit
My appointment lasted exactly one minute. I wasn’t instructed beforehand what to wear or what to expect. It felt very impersonal and she expected me to make a second appointment (and pay a second co-pay) for a full skin check instead of taking the time to step out so I could take my shirt off and put a gown on and do it right then. I don’t think it is too much to expect a first-time appointment to be a tad bit more thorough.

Kayla was very pleasant.
Everyone at the office was very pleasant and and professional. This was my first visit at forefront dermatology. Kayla was very professional and I really appreciate that. I would definitely recommend the office and Kayla the family and friends.

Great Experience
Rarely do I have an appointment of any kind that is on time. My visit with Kayla was the exception. My appointment was at 1:10 and I was called back to the room at 1:10. The staff and Kayla were very attentive and professional.
