Charges that should have been denied
I told the tech I did not want have additional diagnostic pictures yet the doctor had me do them without indicating the additional charge. I left the office with $50 less for no good reason. I would have appreciated being forewarned of the charge by Dr Nervick. Other than this experience we have been moderately satisfied with our experience however additional charges should be very clearly stated before performing procedures.

Kayla Nervick is the best there is!
Kayla has been taking care of my eyes for years. I once had a scary situation and she was so good at calming me down and showing me that didn't have a serious issue. We are currently watching for glaucoma, which is still fortunately not present. She is so very thorough.

While Dr. Nervick is very good technically, I experienced a bit of interpersonal ageism. Possibly she assumed I have both a hearing and mental capacity loss.

Thorough and professional
I received a very complete eye exam, checking for any problems with eye health. Dr. Nervick discussed my concerns for possible inherited eye problems as well as occupational hazards to my vision. I never felt rushed, including the portion of the visit devoted to figuring out my prescription for new lenses. A great experience.
