Kayla Pollet always listens and works with me to figure out my annoying issues! I've been through many doctors at Village Family Practice and she's the only one in my experience that is consistently amazing and follows up with you. I kind of don't want to tell anyone how great she is so that she still has good availability lol but she deserves it and I really appreciate her high standard of care.

Recently, my regular doctor who has treated me for about 25 years was unavailable. I hate going to a new doctor but I was very impressed with Dr. Pollet. She listens to what you have to say and she talks to you in a way that you will understand. She was not in a rush and made sure to answer all of my questions/concerns.
