Horrible PA
After feeling a "pop" in my lower back and excruciating pain, I went to Urgent Care since the hospital ER was full. PA Keenan came in briefly, pushed on my back and and said he'll send me for an x-ray, and walked out. When the nurse came in with my x-ray order I had her ask him for pain meds and was denied due to chart saying I had meds already which were from back injury in 2020, which I tried to explain were gone and/or expired! My visit and x-ray were completed Tuesday. I have yet to hear results and it's Monday! I have been calling daily with no results. I have sat here in pain with a possible fractured back (same injury happened 2.5 years ago that required surgery) and PA Keenan shows no urgency or concern. He is dismissive, doesn't listen to you, and then treats you like some kind of drug seeking addict! I would have been better off going to the ER regardless of the wait, at least then I would have results within hours instead of days AND been given some relief for my pain!

He is very rude, disrespectful and argumentative. No bedside manner. As are most of his colleagues.
