Dont ever go to this doctor and DO NOT PAY UPFRONT, she is a fraud! After treatment she insisted upon an upfront payment of $500, didn't provide a receipt, and lied saying this fee would be reimbursed by insurance. When my girlfriend's insurance company requested the billing information from her to approve the reimbursement, Keiko refused to provide it over the phone, by mail, or by email. So the reimbursement was denied and my girlfriend was out $500. Then a month after the treatment she actually sent the insurance company a bill asking for a second payment of over $1,000! But still she wouldn't provide any of the treatment information that the insurance company needs to complete either the reimbursement or even she extra fees she added on without any justification. She is unprofessional, will take your money and will wreak havoc on your insurance. So never give her a dime out of your pocket, it will not come back to you. Simpli don't go! You have been warned!
