I went to see Keith based on a friend's recommendation. I'm wary of most therapists as I've had a number of bad ones. He's professional and understanding; I feel able to talk about anything with him. While I haven't been seeing him very long, I feel like I've been helped to a degree already.

Keith is very professional and knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone. I'm skeptical of all professionals, so I certainly went into therapy with reservations. He is very understanding and showed true concern. I had no problem opening up to him about problems I was facing. I believe his techniques would benefit a great variety of people. I've found myself more peaceful and happy. I have and am strengthening the tools to guide my life.
