Keith was kind to me. So was Amy. But I was discharged with no explanation. The office manager accused me of complaining when she’s the only one there to complain about. Sad to know that good doctors/medical professionals aren’t able to help people due to bad management :(

Took my daughter for a strep swab and long story short he noticed her neck being enlarged (goiter at 14 years old). He asked what had been done so far and the answer was that her pediatrician noticed the goiter but nothing further had been pursued. He had her set up for a thyroid ultrasound within a few days, which ended up with several nodules. Then the following week had us set up in Lexington with surgeons for what ended up being papillary thyroid cancer!!! I could not thank him enough for being observant caring and thorough!!
