I finally made the decision to seek therapy after years of depression, guilt, self doubt, and bad decisions to numb those feelings. She has helped me to battle my toxic thoughts and actions. She is not judgemental, she is easy to talk to and she has really helped me to help myself. I am very much still a work in progress but my quality of life has improved by leaps and bounds. Kelley helps to empower you and give you more control over those negative feelings that can be so overwhelming when suffering from depression. I'm very grateful that I made the decision to start seeing her.
