I don't know how this provider claims to be empathetic and compassionate in her bio. She has multiple positive reviews on Health Partners however as a patient I was never sent a review request after an appointment. I felt traumatized by our visit when I was in a vulnerable state by her statements. I felt she was disinterested in me as a real person.
I felt uncomfortable asking her any questions.

She was very dismissive and she seemed like she wasn’t listening to me or not believing me about what I was trying to tell her. When I was trying to explain my situation to her she told me I was making excuses. She would also cut me off when I was talking or answering a question she asked.

Ms. Puppe has dismissed my concerns regarding my mental health and continually interrupted me as I tried to explain my symptoms. The first few appointments she was so nice, but now acts quite cold towards me and I’m unsure why— it seems she does not believe what I say about my own health. She also changed my prescription without telling me, which has left me hanging in a very stressful and difficult situation.

I have been a patient of Kelley Puppe for about four years now. I have been treated for depression and anxiety for 30 years, long enough to know that Kelley is a rare find. She is caring, compassionate and kind...way over and above any practitioner I have had over all these years. I feel as if I’m talking to a good friend during our visits and actually look forward to seeing her each time. Kelley has always been very responsive any time I’ve needed anything!

Ms. Puppe was very pushy and not an understanding person to talk to about mental health. She dismissed my feelings and still two years later I am processing things she told me in my session because they are still affecting me poorly.

Kelley Puppe is wonderful. She listens to the point she understands who you are. Rare to find a practitioner that “gets you.” I feel I’m in good hands with my behavior health/psychiatric needs with Kelley Puppe. I highly recommend her.
