I would actually give her a zero if allowed. She bruised my 6 month olds head from using too much pressure while checking his ears. He was screaming in pain. I told her he’s in pain from whatever she’s is doing and she said not it’s from being held down. When I got home after he calmed I saw the brushing. Took pictures and reported it. Never again!
