Waited for months to get in to see a dietitian for my condition to assist me. I was told to go to a 2.5 hour course. She gave the same advise regardless of age, and other important health related information. She emphasized using unprocessed foods which are more expensive. When asked questions on alternatives she shot them down immediately stating her way was better. I left feeling discouraged.
