Not a good listener, must not have much experience in personal pain as she dismisses her patients pain and tells people to ignore the pain or itch, whatever the case may be. Not very accurate in removal of pre-cancerous cells. Either uses too much or not enough liquid nitrogen when freezing pre-cancerous cells on the skin. Doesn't refer patients to doctors when she doesn't know the answer.
