Competent and Caring
Kelly has been a critical part of my mental health care for several years. She listens to my concerns and we have made adjustments to treatment accordingly. She also treats my teenage daughter, which I’m sure can be sometimes frustrating but Kelly handles it well, speak directly but with compassion. Jackie at the front desk is super awesome too!

Worst
Kelly N Batten, Nurse Practitioner, she is unprofessional to deal with. I almost commit suicide because of her how she treat me and the way she talk to me. I’m not surprised if other people are complaining about her. Not sure about the other doctors because I never deal with them but she needs to get fired the way to deal with patients. She do not care about her patients. It’s her way or the highway. It less the front desk lady/nurse was very sweet and nice.

In my opinion, Kelly Batten, NP., did not listen to not only what I had to say, she questioned and canceled without my knowledge or consent, an Rx that my general practitioner had prescribed a few days prior.

Worst psychiatrist I have ever been to. Please do not go here unless you want to be diagnosed with a mental disability with no testing involved. They irresponsibility medicate at this office.
