This woman prescribes what she feels like without consulting the psychiatrist. She is intoxicated with the exuberance of her own verbosity. She should not be working with mentally challenged individuals because she does not know what she is doing. Baxter actually had the police surround my car because i picked up her medication a day late. At the hospital they drugged me up and sent me to Cooperstown making me miss my son's birthday, which is horrific for a cancer survivor. Baxter laughed when her meds caused me confusion and leaned in to call me a "nasty" woman because I refused medicine that would control my heart. H. Newberry was there along with Mathew who witnessed this vile behavior. My family has a long history of heart failures, so ofcourse I refused. Doctor Francois at NYPresbyterian confirmed the two medications she forced upon me made me very very ill. Please do yourself a favor and ask for another worker who consults with the psychiatrist instead of pretending she's anMD
