The ladies at the front desk were very polite and helpful for the initial forms had I had to fill out. I barely had any wait time before my appointment. When I went back for my appointment Kelly was very down to earth, friendly, a great listener, and spoke professionally. She was interested in how I found their office, she told me about their team, and was interested in what brought me in. She addressed my concerns one at a time and was careful to provide unique solutions beyond what I was expecting. She answered any and all questions that I had, emphasized I could always contact them if any other questions come up, and I felt like she was very patient and caring. At no point did I ever feel uncomfortable asking questions. She also discussed additional things I needed for preemptive care like blood work. She also let me schedule my follow-up appointment which was very helpful. It had been a while since I had been to the doctor and this felt like exceptional care. I was impressed by the way she communicated information in terms of how easy it was to understand, politeness, and her depth of knowledge.

Kelly Coy was great. She was caring and very professional. I would ask for her anytime for treatment.

PA Coy was great! She was very patient and listened to me. She took her time with me and I didn't feel rushed. Unfortunately, their systems were down and she had to write everything. Not only is PA Coy very professional, she actually cares. And if I'm being honest, that doesn't happen to be the case with others providers.

I was so blessed that this provider would see me before the long holiday weekend! I would have been so sick by the time I could get in! Thank you for giving me such good care!!
