Kelly is INCREDIBLE! I have been working with her for a while now and she is hands down the best I have had. She is thorough and takes her time with each visit. She creates a very comfortable environment and is so easy to talk to in regards to whatever issue may come up. Would highly recommend.

Even with an 8:00 am appointment, you wait 45 min-1 hour. I had my initial appointment and yearly and was never asked to put a gown on- never checked eyes, ears, throat, reflexes. I called office twice asking for call back and if they received results etc and never received a call back. Very unprofessional.

Kelly is extremely pleasant, professional and caring. She listens to patient. Excellent Medical provider.

She takes the time to explain to me where her thought process is going in terms that I can understand and she doesn't treat me like she knows it all just because she has a degree. She is one of only 2 people that have taken my concerns seriously and actually listens to my symptoms, concerns and obstacles. From day 1, she has treated me like a person and not like a paycheck -- doing her due diligence to look into potential other options that no one else has bothered to try before. I absolutely adore her and wish she could be my PCP forever.

Horrible bedside manner! Shouldn't practice, has serious issues with ego, (hers) and doesn't treat many patients health issues with respect. God forbid you question her. I had the most humiliating medical experience with her and at the time, I needed someone with compassion. If anyone would like me to elaborate further, feel free to e-mail me. I'm certain I'm not the only one who had an experience with her. I do know people can change, and I hope she has..

She should make another career choice. She has issues. She is one of the most condescending, mean spirited health practitioner I (and others) have ever had the misfortune to deal with. She's the reason I found another health care provider.
