Caring and professional
Telehealth
I had Kelly for a virtual visit when I was sick with COVID. She was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, caring, and well-researched (she was quoting recent CDC articles and scientific research). She has wonderful bedside manner. I've never had a medical professional who took such time and attention to listening to my concerns and providing expert opinion without feeling like I was being rushed or forced to take an unnecessary medication. I really felt comforted and better equipped to make the best decision for my health after talking with her. I wish I could see her for all my medical appointments.
