I was very satisfied with the way Dr. James was efficient but never rushed. Just due to my nature I had a lot of questions. She did an excellent job of explaining what was being done and why. I was very impressed!

Top Notch Ophthalmologist
Dr. James had time for me. That’s so important. I didn’t feel rushed or like she had to get to the next patient. She is efficient and checked things out thoroughly. She definitely a class act!

Post check up after cataract surgery
My eyes weren’t healing well after my cataract surgery. Dr. James checked my eye and told me I had an inflammation in both eyes. She put me on steroid drops for two weeks.Two drops twice a day. I came back after the two weeks and the inflammation was gone. Now one drop each eye once a day and I got my glasses prescription. Thank you Dr. James

She was very professional, efficient and caring.
Her communication skills helped me to understand the examination quickly and without any questions. It made it easier to feel good about the process and outcome. Questions were answered in a non-technical-science like way without too much terminology translation needed.It was a very good experience for me, thank you.
