Kelly Jenei, FNP

I spent four decades in the practice of geriatric nursing. If this woman had been working with me I would have reported her for patient neglect. The three visits I had with this person were tremendous wastes of my time. The first, scheduled as a physical, became a ridiculous meet and greet. Cost me time and my insurance company $$$! The second visit weeks later, supposedly scheduled as a COMPLETE physical became a ten minute perusal of my eyes, ears, nose, throat a quick listen of my heart and lungs, paperwork for lab work and exams with specialists. Never received a call with exam results and I had to go get them and interpret them myself. Third visit same BS plus a smart mouthed nurse’s assistant incorrectly noting my health history. Again, two months pass and I call the office asking for all three exam results which I’m told had never been reviewed!! FCPP you did yourself a favor saying adios to her and I hope the assistant left with her.

Kelly has been my NP for a long time and sadly she is no longer with FCPP! She was the best. She listened to me and gave me the best advice and care. I miss her so much. You will never be disappointed if you see Kelly!

Appt for f/u on meds. Also was concerned re: mole on lower leg. NP Kelly immediately took a biopsy. I was very pleased with her expertise and how quickly she responded to my concern.

I did not have a appointment and NP Jenei made time for me. She is always professional, knowledgeable and caring. I great appreciate those qualities.

The worst med. experience I've ever had. The people at the FCPP Pismo office and their related supervision in San Luis Obispo, are rude and ineffcient. Started with a doctor in their SLO office. She left. SLO office set me with with a FCPP Pismo provider. They were to transfer records. On my 1st appt. front desk said computer system hadn't sent materials so they wouldn't meet with me. This office could NOT get RX refills done. Staff and Jenei cold, rude, uncaring NEVER GO HERE!

Kelly Jenei is hands down the best FNP/Medical care provider I have ever had. She is extremely professional & very competent at her job. She is compassionate & I feel she truly cares for my health and well being. She was my NP under another physician who retired & I followed her to her new location so that I could continue under her care. I never feel like she's rushed, she listens to what I have to say,discusses my health concerns & helps me to find the best long term care. Thank you Mrs. Jenei

Nurse Practitioner Jenei is wonderful. I feel she takes time & listens to me and to what I'm saying. I appreciate that she is willing to discuss conservative therapy options & that she doesn't push medications. It is refreshing. It has been a long time since I felt like a provider was REALLY listening to me and not just looking at the clock. Her assistant Barbara is amazing. Jenei is intelligent, studious & most of all kind. If you are a patient of hers consider yourself lucky, as I do.
