Missed a HUGE problem
My friend went in, not feeling well. She couldn't eat or sleep, and had an increasinly bad gag reflex. PA Kelly Johnson didn't touch her - didn't even have a stethoscope - and told her to take an antihistimine for sinus drainage. Less than 48 hours later, she was in the hospital where they kept her for 5 days. 5 DAYS! Need I say more?
