Awful bedside manner
Didn’t even take the time to sit down next to me and talk to me. I get that she couldn’t do what I had hoped for. That’s not the issue. She didn’t touch the area I was concerned about to assess the situation. I will be filing a complaint- I never cry but the way she talked down to me and made me feel stupid for coming to an urgent care had my eyes stinging. I was in a vulnerable situation, in pain and looking for help. The least she could have done is shown me a little compassion. If she can do that to ME, I can’t imagine how the other people she treats feel. Again, she couldn’t treat my problem , it was too high level and that’s okay. But her delivery left a whole lot to be desired.
