The office always seems to be disorganized. They left a voicemail for me to come by the office and do lab work that they said would be very quick. When I got here they had no idea why I was here. I spent well over an hour waiting and was incredibly late to work. The doctor herself has been one of the most condescending people I’ve met. I do not feel comfortable with her.

I was referred to NP Kelly Montoya as I desired to change GP's. This was my initial visit and I felt she was excellent. In addition to a full physical exam she also explained blood work panel in detail and steps to rectify some minor issues that showed up. I felt she was patient, compassionate and detail oriented. In addition definitely oriented towards preventative versus reactive i.e. referring for other screenings due to age. Highly recommended.

I met with Dr. Montoya only once, thankfully. To say I felt judged under her mask is an understatement. At the time I was feeling very anxious, on a daily basis. She wrote a script for antidepressant and NEVER checked up again. Welcome to western medicine! Oh lab results...3 Flags... NO FOLLOW UP! But, some staff member was nice enough to let me know "Kelly released them".. oh thank you so much Kelly. Welcome to western medicine! One referral to a heart doctor...not one follow up. Welcome to western medicine. They are NOT here to help you... they are here to treat you (get PAID) with meds & take on the next patient. WELCOME TO WESTERN MEDICINE! Where its all about the Benjamin's.
