Great experience

We switched providers immediately after meeting her. We felt that she walked in ready to attack us, was unwilling to engage in constructive conversation and made efforts to "put" us as parents "in our place. We felt attacked and not listened to despite doing sound research. NP couldn't speak to why she wanted to follow a particular treatment schedule other than it is what the CDC says. She was unwilling to entertain or educate herself on alternative vac schedules and instead treated us as though we were anti vac (we are not). Very disappointed as we were excited to work with the MD on this team and wanted care closer to home but now have moved to care at another location

I appreciated the professionalism of Dr/PA Larson. She was sincere and direct. She handled my unease perfectly.

She told me I could be having a stroke then left the room to talk to another provider then sent me to another hospital didn't explain anything just freaked me out and I never reserved my vaccination I was told I needed

Very clear re: treatment parameters

I appreciate that Kelly asked if we wanted the covid test vs. Simply requiring it. It's a costly test & we do not have the ability to pay for that right now, especially when there's no exact treatment plan for it. She was understanding.
