she is not a people person AT ALL. Very hateful most everytime I have seen her or taken my children to her. My oldest daughter wears hearing aides and last week she was sick and did not have them in. She kept asking her to speak up because her head was clogged up and she didn't even feel well enough to put in her hearing aides. Kelly was very rude, and yelled I can't speak up or everyone will hear our visit. then continued to face away and speak her hateful normal self.
